Job Description
Approximately 30-35 hours per week working with a general practice, young attorney, with heaviest emphasis on divorce/adoption filings; to a lesser but still significant extent, personal injury case handling. Additional 5-10 hours per week (approximate) assisting a well-trained personal injury paralegal.
Filing and telephone reception is an important component. We will train - experience is a plus but not required. Training will specifically include how to complete all adoption and divorce filings necessary to local practice, as well as the practical nuts and bolts to handling injury cases.
